Service and delivery were flawless. The box was pretty damaged outside but the product was intact. As for the headphone, what I can say is that the sound quality and construction are amazing for a US$ 150 piece. Just excellent sound, head to head with my Sennheiser HD 650 in a benchmark. It is my first planar and I can't see how better it could be. Materials are solid and robust.
