Very clean for providing USB power to a headphone amplifier as well as for USB signal power into a USB ground isolator, Helped a lot in cleaning my audio path to my SMSL SU-8 DAC. Seems very sturdy and the Talema Czech toroidal transformer inside is first class. Haven't tried the 5V out yet, but the two USBs work great. Managed to isolate USB enough for audio needs!
