Okay so I ordered a pair of these and unfortunately one of them wasn't properly connected and therefore it sounded terrible. I emailed HIFI store and we went back and forth for a while. I even sent them a photo of the terrible connection of the one cable. So you may be wondering why I still gave them 5 stars. Well it took a while but they sent me a new one that is properly finished. So they fixed the problem at their own expense... Of course which is what they should do anyway. But regardless, the cables are fantastic and HIFI store did a great job of fixing the initial problem. Even with this issue, the HIFI store is still my favourite store on this platform that I deal with. They have great products and extremely reasonable prices and they are fair about errors that may happen. Kudos to them. Will keep buying from them... actually I did already.
