I received a refund, but the seller was useless and communication was terrible. Tracking info showed that the item was being repeatedly rejected by the export office, and was being sent back and forth between the supplier and the depot. The supplier refused to acknowledge that and kept prompting me to wait for the item. Useless. Stay away.
