sound from the ear speaker is loud and bassy and clear..the microphone seems to pick up my voice clearly, according to the other person on the other end.. BUT the worse part of this earpiece is that the ear hole rubber cannot sit properly to seal the ear hole completely..so you can feel there are gaps between the ear hole rubber (red thing in the picture) and the ear hole.. so the sound gets softer and not so clear bec of this.. i tried to twist and turn this earpiece to sit properly on my ear, but still there are gaps in my ear hole.. i tried to even cut the red ear hole rubber to suit my ear hole, but it still does not work.. so only 3 stars for this earpiece, otherwise would have been full 5 stars
Product looks decent and very nice delivery. Didn't try it out yet, but for now, i don't expect problems. When i have problems later i will add this information by than. When not? I am happy like my impression right now, so 5 stars for now!
