The order is accurate to the description. I thought the heart locket would be bigger from all of the other reviews from the other customers, but it actually is not that big. It is still a good enough size though. The order took a very long time to get delivered to Fresno, CA. It took three months. Ordered since September 16. Arrived December 28. Was about to file a dispute, but the order finally came after protection time was extended to the second time. The order took very long. The product was delayed at the local distribution center in my country from October all the way to December. The seller shipped the item on time and was willing to extend the protection time. The locket is nice, but this product takes super long to arrive. I started doubting that it will come already. I thought the package was lost because tracking was not updated for 2 months, after it arrived at the local distribution center. If you have been waiting for a long time, the parcel might arrive after 3 months.
