Doesnt work. arrived damaged. only rings. no image\video. sent avidence to seller. still no refund or new product. Not recomended.

I have problem with the product: red, infrared diodes not always light up when somebody is standing before the door. In this situation face of a standing person is impossible to recognize! I cannot see possibility to turn on diodes manualy - click a button to light up 4 diodes by hand. I think the problems lies in outdoor light conditions - a standing person covers the source of light in the stairwell and the same time and the device believes that there is enough light... Seller hasn't helped me with for ex. Software update.
