Got a unit that was dead on arrival. Was offered a new PCb and I got all the money back if it didn't work. It didn't work, but didn't get the money. Was offered 1/2 refund and had to send pictures and hook up. Whole 2-4 new requirements to fulfill the agreement without redundancy. Have spent many hours and over 50 mail getting the money back. Ended up with a $ 1 loss in fee but got my money, purely by principle.
