Resolution of the recorded file is indeed Full HD 30fps but the quality is more like 720p 3fps. The recordings are very shaken. Glasses are not to be used as action camera.

My first order for this product was in April. After I received it, I ordered two more!! Because I really like the quality and performance. This time, I ordered one wide-angle camera and one narrow camera (this one is the narrow one). The wide angle definitely has better video result, but the narrow camera has the advantage that the lens is almost completely secret. Both products are really well-made and good value for money.
