It’s okay! Slightly too small for my thighs and I am not big. Does not come as a pair, I just received one and I received two different style I think as a gift so thanks!

arrives as a pair. thick elastic material that is quite stiff (a good thing because it wont move around on the leg). not adjustable. fit my skinny thighs well, not sure how much it would stretch for thicker thighs because the material is not incredibly stretchy). metal clip is good quality. the spikes are a good size and look great
