The device has been received in good condition. Battery is loading now. I have some issues with printing the manual from the Hantek website. Has to do wiith two sited printing. The device specification can be more complete on the web site (Ali Express) It looks and feels like a robust design. What is left is getting used to it after it is loaded.
DMM and AWG looks fine. Scope does not function as expected. Keys like Trig ,Channe;,Time ,Auto and enter do not accuratly respond. Almost always two or more times pressing is required before the device acts. The functional test as described on page 5 of the downloaded manual does not work as shown. (Both channels) The channel info on the screen looks noissy. Even as you short the input of the probe to its ground. Then looking at the screen I saw a remainder of protective foil sugesting sombody teared of the foil. There are some fine scratches on the screen giving the impression that this is not a new device but at best a refurbished one. I can live with the scratches although it is a quality issue. But I cannot live with an Oscilloscope that does not function as exspected. So please send an other oscilloscope with some return papers for this one. Waiting for your response Jan Flikweert
