Many people complained the riser is to small, BUT it works perfectly for me! I have a very low sitting toilet - plus it's almost a children's size! This riser fit 'my' toilet about 97% perfect - and I think it rise more like 3+ inches which is working great for me. (I'm 6' tall). The riser is well made & strong, with a smooth polished looking finish, and very comfortable when sit. - If installed properly it stays in place & doesn't move at all!! - If you worry it might move when you sit, go buy some Velcro buttons to tack it down even more! I guarantee then it will never move again - ever! I am a very happy customer I buy this riser!
