The thermal imager is working fine, but looks like it has been used or was a display item. The housing has abrasions and scratches on the back. The sensors and the camera are very dusty. Despite this, the sensor is of good quality (resolution) and I can recommend the product.
The definition and detail are amazing. Works and looks just like the pictures. Easy to use. Packaged well. It’s worth getting the latest model and higher quality model to get the enhanced detail so the edges are clear. It’s easy to determine what I’m seeing in the screen. I was hesitant to buy an expensive electronic item without seeing it in person but very pleased with this and foresee multiple uses for it. Good directions but to get full use, it helps to google videos showing the multiple for this this device to ensure there is a temperature variance to find the leak or component you want to find. Good quality
