The shipment arrived without any problems. At first glance, it looks complete. The functionality has not been tested yet, so far I have only glanced at the content and installed the HDD to the NVR. So far, I have only found out that one screw is missing on the outer case of the NVR (nothing terrible) and that the mouse is a bit damaged - one cracked plastic part without affecting the functionality of the mouse (again, nothing terrible) ... So far, I am completely satisfied. The seller is communicative, helpful and seems honest.
