The bag looks gorgeous, in visual aspect, I’m not disapointed at all; however, I’m very disapointed because the clip on the bag, that is supposed to keep the bag closed, doesnt work at all, it can be seen in the last two photos...I don’t get it, what is the purpose of those clips, if they don’t do the work at all, I mean, just for the safety reasons, you can’t walk out and about with unclosed bag and possibly with important personal stuff in it...and also, I didn’t order and pay for this item solely to have it on a shelf, so seller, be resposible and return some money or find another solution
