Good packaging (bubble-wrap envelope with the items inside bags inside more boxes) and fast shipping (about 3 weeks to Belgium). The meters are of very good quality! Everything is isolated from each other, even more than I expected! Power in GND is separate from RS323 GND and TTL GND! TTL and RS232 outputs also are not the same pins, the voltage might be different? haven't checked it yet. The meter updates very fast, faster than my Fluke 77IV and is probably also more accurate. The display is very big. On the PCB there even is a GWUNW-branded chip, this is a very good company!! The meter uses about 75mA at 5V. I haven't tested the communication interface or the other functions but I'm sure they'll work fine. All the cables are included. Even a small manual in decent English was included, I'm very satisfied!

Great voltmeter. Compared with an Agilent 34410A it differs only 3 or 4 counts of the last digit. Very accurate. I use the rs232 for measurements with a Raspberry pi, monitoring a PV battery 24V. It works perfect. See pitures
