GTF Store supplied me with a faulty battery pack.. The battery pack could not be charged, which I am guessing is related to a faulty charging circuit within the battery pack. GTF Store were not willing to accept my word that the battery pack was faulty and wanted me to return the battery pack to them, and pay for the return shipping. They would then give me a refund for the cost of the battery pack , and not the shipping cost and taxes. As I am in Australia, it is not permitted to ship Li- Ion battery by air mail, so I could not return the battery pack. Ali Express insisted that I send a video evidence demonstrating the problem. I sent video evidence demonstrating how the battery pack could not take a charge, which AliExpress accepted, providing me with a full refund, including the shipping cost and taxes. My advice is not to buy through GTF store, as they are very poor communicators and uncooperative if you have an issue with a purchase from them. Ian Albrecht
