The seller was slow to ship as they did not ask for ID at the time of purchase. The item was lost in the mail and 3 months later I am still trying to get the product or a refund. (and it only had to be sent internationally to Taiwan from China). They didn't really bother to help investigate until I made a dispute and then they messaged me constantly to get info from me so they could get a refund from the freight company. They didn't much care about getting me the product or refund. stupid customer service. Pathetic. Don't buy here. obviously China and Taiwan are totally different countries but they are very close. I would expect much faster delivery than over 3 months.
