Comes with everything included, the instruction manual is in Chinese but it pretty straight forward. You do however, need to switch the switch at the back and then press the red button to turn it on, double layer of security I think? You will also need to push down on the spring mechanism once you have the belt on to extend it and simply push it down to release the tension if you want to change belts. It does not come with the yellow disc sander attachment, however you can get that elsewhere. Overall, a nifty piece of equipment!
