Product arrived in a cardboard box with no bubble wrap or anything. but the product is aluminum and was totally fine. But product had some nasty dirty powder coating place to place, hex screws that hold the gpu were damaged. few screwholes needed few seconds of dremeling to match case holes, they were just slightly off. but the product works as intended. the pcie cable was great. luckily all ugly painted parts are hidden when installed in to a case. There was also a bag of screws with the bracket. I used 4 of them. other 20 were some random bolts. espacially the one that was 8mm thick, 70mm long and had massive hex head. so random. praduct came in a few weeks. very plased.
