This order was delivered promptly in two very well packed boxes. Voltages varied from a low of 2.929 to a high of 2.982. After slowly charging the assembled bank with just 4 amps up to 3.55 volts per cell, ie; 28.4 volts, the bank was disassembled and the cells parallel balanced over night. The next morning each cell registered 3.305 volts after resting for an hour. I hope to buy another set soon. Thank You Very Much BLS Official Store
