17 track revealed local postal handling in France defective whereas item was returned to seller. My thanks and warm regards to seller having immediately resent item which I received in good condition on 10/09/2020. Even after a long additional delay, I am happy with my purchase, the quality is excellent, test an sound very good and on top very handy for use with headphone during vacation trips . Even though the item was shipped very late, the seller did his best to manage the situation. The seller is really a good guy. The neck is in a good condition and sound is also okay. But it would be difficult to adjust the pitch. It may need some manual work. In overall, I'm satisfied with the product.
