This boom pole extension stick has been very usefull/practical for me to use with a Godox AD200 flash unit + flash head extension cable that allows me to keep most of the weight out of the tip of the stick and so I am able to hold it with just one hand while holding my camera with the other hand. Will not recomend to use without this extension flash head cable otherwise becomes to heavy and impossible to hold with just one hand. If you happen to have frequent 2nd person assistant help for your outdoor shooting sessions then this is just perfect to use even with a small softbox mounted.
