I was really waiting for the phone to come, however, after I received it, it had issues with the earpiece. While being in a call, the earpiece was working together with a speaker on the back of the phone, so if I wanted to talk with someone privately, I could not. I've contacted the seller to ask how we could fix this issue, but he ignored me for more than a week. After opening a dispute he asked me to provide the evidence and instantly after I provided it, he replied with a picture with a Chinese description addressing AliExpress support, saying that my phone has no issues. He was not even trying to understand the issue or offer any solutions, but just avoided any communication and waited for Ali's support to defend him. Now AliExpress support says, that seller is suggesting I am using a counterfeit phone with a different IMEI than the one he has sold me. I can't even wrap my head around this and how can a shop do this with zero consequences.
