The item was not delivered for more than 75 days. The opening and exacerbation of the dispute does not solve the problem. Seller didnt answer on messeges! So i cant return my money. Please answer and solve the problem as soon as possible. Judging by the tracking, the package did not even reach Singapore!!!!. I already contacted our local customs service, and they informed me that the parcel was not registered by them. I also contacted Singapore Post. Where they told me that the package did not go through them. And for more detailed information, the seller should contact them himself. Get in touch and return the money for the goods that I have not received!!!
