Mark as delivered, but I've never received it.
I received it today, and when I installed it, I noticed 3 problems: 1 Blue light is flashing directly, even without having problems with the internet. 2 The image has a spot in the shape of a small ball. I thought it was a dirty lens, so I cleaned it, but it keeps showing. 3 She does not connect with Alexa at all. In manual and in her box they are not saying anything about Alexa, but in the store’s advertisement, she says she works with Alexa. I'm frustrated, because I bought it so I can use Alexa in my Echo show 8 Recebi hoje, e quando instalei, percebi 3 problemas: 1 Aluz azul fica piscando direto, mesmo não tendo problemas com a internet. 2 A imagem fica com uma mancha no formato de uma pequena bola. Pensei que fosse lente suja, daí eu limpei, mas continua aparecendo. 3 Ela não se conecta com a Alexa de jeito nenhum. No manual e na caixa dela não estão dizendo nada sobre a Alexa, mas na propaganda da loja, fala que ela trabalha com a alexa. Eu estou frustrada.
