It works but has some problems too. Mask does not want to stay in up position for long. After moving it up and down several time the right hand nut unwinds and does not hold any more. You need to tighten it quite often. For longer welds (half a minute and more) I see that red light flashes in the mask and it goes to max darkness for a second and then back to selected darkness. It is difficult to switch to grinding mode. You have to take mask off and go through all darkness levels to get to grinding mode. And then again back to selected mode. It would be much easier if it had a button or a knob outside the mask. I have done hours of welding with this mask and overall it is more or less ok. But it can be improved without making it more expensive.
