I just received the jump starter and have not tried it out. Looks OK. It came with a EU wall charger so I ordered a US charger. It's hard to tell from the pictures what you are actually getting. Anyway, the price is very good and I'm sure it will work just fine.
I am surprised that the product delivered to me in a week. 2.9 litter 15 year-old SUV diesel engine successfully stared with this jump starter in second try. 1. Main car battery is disconnected for test purpose 2. Turned on and connected the jump starter to the battery terminal(100% fully charged) 3. Disconnected Dash cam and Navigation to reduce power consumption 4. Slowly turned on ignition switch to preheat diesel engine and waited until the preheating light went off. 5. Started the diesel engine but it would not start. Turned off the ignition switch and waited 30 seconds. 6. The jump starter LCD says the power level dropped to 93%. 7. Re-positioned the clamp of the jump starter to tighten the contact to the battery terminal. Power level dropped to 88% while doing this. 8. Again turned on ignition switch to preheat the diesel engine and then started the engine. The SUV diesel engine successfully started in second try. Wawoo! Wonderful!
9. Disconnected the jump starter immediately from battery terminal after the engine started. * Do not believe the power level displayed on LCD. I think it is not correct, The test was made in the morning. The power level shown in the evening was 56%. It dos not make sense. The power level dropped so drastically in two tries of starting an engine. The jump starter was fully charged in around 3 hours from 56% to 100%.
