The spool measures 4.5mH it seems with 18AWG, so with the 100uF capacitor the cut-off frequency is more like 240Hz. But one could already deduct this from the size and weight of the product. I use it in a bandpass enclosure that already cuts off at 110Hz, so it does (more or less) the job of eliminating high frequency distortion.
