I've bougt the cheap swan neck hammer for occasional tuning couple of strings on my approx 120-130 years old piano, the tool happens to be decent qualiy just as described/pictured, I would imagine the other more expensive ones offered to be excellent. Easy communication + very professional and helpful seller, I asked for small tip No1 that would fit old piano and there was no probs swapping, actually this is the only seller I found that actually knows there are other sizes than No2 (most pianos nowadays use No2) and offers different size tips No1,2,3. To sum it up QUALITY SELLER and highly recommended.
Very nice quality of the product, but difficult communication with seller and a very slow shipping - 3 months till I got it. The info that the product has been sent came very very late - after 2.5 months. Maybe not sent immediately or sent, but late info. Anyhow, 3 months are an awful performance. We wanted to abort the order, but it came than finally.
