Fast delivery, good package, everything came in good order. User instruction on the device panel only Chinese. Due to this had some problems and asked seller to help. He send me instruction in english. Already tested 1 monitor and 1 TV 22 '' screens. Everything works as described, so I happy with this tester. Bad thing - cables are not marked(this is strange). Also when select 12 v it gives out only 10.7v. Thanks to seller for quick reaction on my request.
