Poor quality, the battery in trigger module was torn off. 6'th DVD disc is unreadable. I successfully soldered battery back on place but without DVD discs I have unuseable diagnostic tool.

Software came on a stack of CD's with RAR files. All had to be copied off to HD, unrar'ed, then mounted as ISO's for install. It took most of a day to get this all done on my laptop. One of the CD's had some kind of issue as it wouldn't read on the laptop, but fortunately I could read it on another machine. If the SW came on DVD's it would be a bit easier I think. Also, V19 Hy-un-dai software will not show the manual, it tries to connect to a non-existent website. I verified that before the update to V19 that the manual worked. Not the seller's fault, but such wasn't mentioned either. The hardware works fine, and I am able to communicate with the car's diagnostic system with the software as well as view repair information in the app under the diagnostic codes. Overall worth the investment, but it could have been a little easier.
