I have installed a complete system for about 4 years and a year ago the connection of the devices began to fail and the system did not receive the orders from the application. A year it took me to solve a problem !!! To achieve this, in addition to dozens of messages, I had to purchase the three devices again (the receiver as instructed by the technician and the thermostat and the gateway by my decision) to try to put an end to this nightmare of technical assistance. In the end the problem was with the gateway, but at first this new gateway did not work by itself either, but it took a few days until, without knowing how, one good day it started to work. Now everything works fine and I must admit that I like the functions of the device and the application, but the technical support is a total disaster. Even with an excuse like the pandemic, the service is terrible. Now I have a new and repeated receiver and thermostat. I pray that nothing will fail again.
