The product was packed properly, no problem. The adapter is a bit small than expected (see photo with European lighter as a size reference), but this is not a problem. I tested it, it works as advertised, I was able to refill several gaz cannisters.
The included doc in in Japanese only, no English translation is included. However, you can find explainations on the manufacturer's Web site and translate them with Deepl.
