The box is open, with a plastic film to keep it closed, manuals and other info are all chinese. The current models doesnt have the bios properly updated for the new ryzen 5000 series. The mobo simply wont turn on, tested with 3 PSU, 2 processors and 2 different ram module kits, to no avail. Provided a simple photo and the aliexpress and vendors scammers didnt request anything else, just took my money and "screw the client, it's working and thats it." I've started an appeal, so I can upload more videos or anything else to proof that mobo is defective, they didn't care at all. Lost more than 140 dollars and got a defective piece of hardware, congratz SZCPU Store and AliExpress for being thieves.
