Really love the knife. They are very sharp out of the box. Have been using it for a few weeks now. The knife keeps the sharpness well. For the size the knife is really nice and light. A joy to use all day. Love the blades profile. A real looker. The sheath of the knife is also beautiful and complements the alien-like shape of the knife. Very happy with the knife. I will probably buy the santoku model from this knife.
