There are no complaints about the product itself, but the order was sent by IML, whose couriers work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and it is not possible to pick up the order from the warehouse (in my city). In addition, the courier does not try to agree on the delivery time, but simply calls in half an hour and "warns that he will bring the parce". It is also very difficult to reschedule the delivery time - the courier travels to each district of the city only twice a week, and "it is inconvenient for the courier to go to deliver only one parcel" to my district of the city (city center district). It is inconvenient for the courier (sic!) to deliver the package! Service is disgusting. The parcel went from Moscow for a week and it took another 10 days to receive it. Minus 2 stars for using IML.
Extremely fast delivery. The devices comes without oil due to air delivery, so you have to solve it for yourself. It's still in progress, so I can't say anything about it's operation, but I know this brand and I'm satisfied with it's products. The manual comes exclusively in Chinese - it would be pleasant to have a manual at least in English. Still, it's just a simple vacuum pump, so there aint much to look for in a manual.
