Exactly as pictured. Milled aluminum with black paint, very solid quality. Threaded holes and everything. No instructions were included and I'm not sure I got all the correct screws/washers but it's a pretty simple assembly and I've got plenty of M3 hardware. The extruder is pretty good quality as well.
