the product is working really nice! it arrived with bubble wrap and good wrapping although its kinda dent little bit, maybe already dent before it packed. but its working good.

The eggs are perfect with the steamer. Arrived without the box, but well packed. Made hard boiled eggs- put a 10 minutes timer and the right amount of water, but the indicator didn’t turn off and some water remained
