Product safely packed and box received in good condition, but product is not well made. Spindle is not correctly fitted: the fixed part (black one) is loose even the screws are screwed all the way (they will not go and further and they are metal in plastic part so it is only possible to damage it) - it may cause "paper jam" and/or damage the printer. (This problem is the same as with previous one). Fuji DX100 is very precious and delicate printer: it is easy to make "paper jam" and/or cause problems with calibration and it is possible also to damage printer... That products were well made 2 years ago, but I received second defective one! The Seller don't offer "Free Return" and expected me to organize and pay for "Return Shipment" to get full refund. The seller cannot admit that he/she sent a defective product. That means together: HUGE REGRESS in QUALITY of product and also service and communication!!!

Unfortunately product which looks very good at first sight - is not well made :-( The moving part - grey one (to adjust paper size) is not locking in all positions - it is loose! Fuji DX100 is very precious printer and it is delicate: it is easy to make "paper jam" and/or cause problems with calibration and it is possible also to damage printer... That products were well made same time ago (2 years?), but either they lowered quality or it happened to me to receive defective copy. The Seller don't offer "Free Return" and expected me to organize and pay for "Return Shipment" to get refund.
