Item as described. Keep in mind that the FTD232RL chip this device (blue PCB) uses is not genuine (SN: A50285BIA) - to get it work on Windows you need old drivers (mine are v 2.12.28.0 2017/08/16). This is "normal" for low price FTDI adapters like this one - and expected, hence 5*.
