Received the batteries after 20 days in Melbourne Aust. The tracking was somewhat inaccurate but the batteries turned up within a good timeframe. Quality looks great and consistent. The wrapping, and terminals are smooth. All batteries arrived at 3.6v and charged to 4.2v with no issues. I'm using them for some high powered flashlights and will compare the runtimes with Samsung 21700s bought from local supplier. Otherwise very happy customer at this stage.
