there is no software for programmer

The desription is poor, but the packaging is very poor: in my issue the (I suppose) power switch was damaged; I ask the seller to confirm if it is only a power switch or not. There is absolutely NO software included, and it also seems to be unavailable in Internet, so the object seems to be only a competely useless bunch of electronic componemts. Maybe the seller will send these informations, but at the moment, at least this object is higly NON reccomended.
