The seller is always attentive and super helpful. When you purchase a doll especially a tan doll they make sure to ask a couple of questions to make sure you are getting the doll you want. They have a tan chart, so you can pick out the color of the resin. An eye and hand chart for the color of the eyes and which extra hands you would like, etc. I also got a custom faceup done which came out perfectly. I love my Celine. She is a little tightly strung but that's ok I can fix that , but overall she looks amazing.
