Ordered 2 October and arrived 24 November - took a very long time. Mugs were well packaged and arrived perfectly. Mugs are really nice BUT I ordered 3 different patterned mugs so I was very disappointed to find no indication of what pattern was on each black mug when I opened the boxes. To find this out I had to open each box and fill each mug with hot water to reveal picture then repackage them. These mugs were gifts for 3 different people so had to check myself before being able to gift them. Surely it would be simple for seller to include a small printout with each cup to indicate pattern on cups. I took off one star for a very long delivery and one star for no indication of what pattern was on each black mug - other than than pleased with mugs.
