Good noname caps unknown origin and unknown film material. Seller is sanding the the surface and put the print of Panasonic mark but it definitely not Panasonic(look at the picture). Capacitance tolerance is ok, all of them more than 9.8 -9.9 uF. crash test did not try. the printout of the mark sometimes sloppy. recommend for non critical applications due to price.
