hello, i just started to assemble the unit and one of motors is defected - it doesn't make a full turn and start to idle without spinning. Inside it I found the one of gears has only one half, and the rest of broken part is missing, so appears that motor was assembled already with this broken gear. is it possible to get the spare part for it?
