Dissapointed there ws no information that ssaid what the pickups were. I have several oreders arrives around the same time and they aere different types. Alnico 5. Alnico 2 and mixed. Couldn't tell them apart which is annoying!
I like the pickup's sound very much! Electrically and sound-wise a GREAT pickup. VERY recommendable! middle pup (blue) is RWRP :). Things not as in description: - in all pictures the covers are depicted without logo. I got covers with Don Lis stamped on in silver. - I chose cream color covers thinking it would be the color in the pictures shown. But the pictures actually show VINTAGE WHITE (not cream), white and black. So I got what I ordered but the picture suggest you get the color depicted there. - The screws that come with the pickups are not Fender size top. They have a too small top. They don't look nice. But if you are changing out pickups, no problem. You can use the old ones. - My neck pup has a bit more output (6,56K) then the middle pub (6,49K). Not a big issue. The other way around would be better. - String spacing 52mm doesn't work so well for me. 48/50/52 would have been better but not available for the mixed Alnico 2/5 mixed set unfortunately.
