The skirt is good quality and is the same as in the picture. The problem is the size. In the description it says it's fit for a waist of 66-102 cm. You might stretch it to 102, but it will be uncomfortably tight. It is a very strong elastic. My waist is 68 cm and it sits tight. I can't wear it lower because then it is too tight, but the skirt is too short to wear at waist level. My hips are 100 cm and my height 168 cm.
