Unfortunately, I didn't receive the parcel (Cainiao Super Economy Global) it stuck with status "Arrive at destination country". It is strange because it is the 2nd parcel with Hall effect sensors which was lost in transit, does anyone know how to contact Cainiao in order to get information what is going on with parcel?
